Duties

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision and timeliness
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made promptly
Maintain organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation
Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management review
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by verifying data accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all bookkeeping activities

Requirements

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role, demonstrating strong attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain financial information clearly
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are a plus
