Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle calendar management tasks
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail handling, and general clerical support
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, ensuring clear communication at all times

Experience

Prior office experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly preferred
Knowledge of clerical tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is essential
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
