Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Caregiver Coordinator to join our team in Joplin, MO. The ideal candidate will be personable, result-driven, and able to handle high levels of stress while maintaining excellent communication with clients, caregivers, and management. This role prefers a current or past Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, strong phone skills, sales experience, and a solid foundation in HR and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
