Full Job Description

We are hiring a proven, highly disciplined Project Coordinator/Scheduler to support fast‑moving construction operations. This is not an entry‑level role. Only candidates with direct, hands‑on construction scheduling or project coordination experience will be considered.

Position Summary

This role demands precision, accountability, and operational maturity. You will manage multiple active construction projects, maintain accurate schedules, coordinate with field teams, and ensure all workflow milestones stay on track. The work requires strong judgment, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage detailed construction project schedules across multiple active jobs.
Coordinate daily with project managers, permitting teams, field supervisors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Track project milestones, identify delays, and support corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and status updates for leadership and operational teams.
Ensure all project activities align with contractual requirements, internal processes, and industry standards.
Serve as the communication hub between office operations and field execution.
Support inspection scheduling and project close‑out documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications (Non‑negotiable)

Applicants must meet all of the following:

1–2+ years of construction project coordination or scheduling experience (residential or commercial).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling methodologies, and project management tools.
Proven accuracy in documentation, reporting, and timeline management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
English proficiency required.
Must be able to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL 33411 prior to employment.

If your experience is outside construction, administrative only, or limited to unrelated industries, you will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

Permitting coordination or inspection scheduling
Familiarity with construction management or scheduling software
