Are you passionate about fitness, performance coaching, and delivering an elite member experience? We’re seeking a highly professional Fitness Trainer / Coach to work directly with members at The Stable Powered by OxeFit. This role is ideal for a certified trainer who thrives in a high-touch, client-facing environment and is equally comfortable driving member engagement, supporting sales, and representing a premium fitness brand.
Role: As a Fitness Trainer / Coach, you will deliver personalized training experiences, support membership growth, and contribute to a results-driven, community-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in elevating the in-club experience while helping members achieve measurable performance outcomes.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to member goals
- Create customized programming across strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery
- Provide expert guidance on exercise technique, performance, and progression
- Support membership sales through consultations, fitness assessments, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Uphold a clean, organized, and elite training environment
- Collaborate with the Wellness Club Manager on member experience initiatives
- Utilize technology platforms for scheduling, communication, and tracking client progress
- Expected to promote products on social media
- Represent The Stable Powered by OxeFit brand with professionalism and hospitality at all times
Education and Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience in personal training or performance coaching
- Certified Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Coach (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
- Ability or interest in sales, client acquisition, and membership growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, social media platforms)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Professional, polished presence with a hospitality-driven mindset
What makes you stand out:
- Background in golf, tennis, baseball or sport-specific performance training
- Experience working in a luxury fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of biomechanics and movement quality (force plated, motion tracking, EMG etc.)
- Experience in Sales
- Experience coaching athletes or active populations (collegiate/professional/elite-level)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise, Kinesiology, or related field
