Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join a growing mortgage team in Jupiter, FL as a Loan Assistant. You'll support daily operations, keep loan files moving, and help deliver a top-tier experience to clients and real estate partners. No mortgage experience required — we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

Track and manage loan files in Encompass LOS
Update and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communicate with clients, realtors, and title companies to gather and follow up on outstanding items
Assist with scheduling, task management, and team coordination
Support the branch manager with marketing and outreach tasks as needed

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Encompass or Salesforce a plus (not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Must be local to the Jupiter/Tequesta, FL area
