Full Job Description

Welder/Fabricator

Build the products that help keep the world running.

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Welders/Fabricators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld high-quality components used in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to meet production specifications.
Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, presses, and other shop tools.
Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Welding certifications are a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills

Experience welding thin-gauge sheet metal.
Knowledge of HVAC or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Ability to perform basic quality inspections and measurements.
Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
