Every new installer starts at $21.00/hour during paid training while learning SIR's installation processes, quality standards, and expectations.
Once you demonstrate your skills and consistently deliver quality work, you will have the opportunity to move into our performance-based compensation structure.
Our top-performing installers earn the equivalent of $50-$70+/hour, with no limit on your earning potential.

What You'll Do
As an Exterior Remodeling Installer, you will help homeowners transform and protect their homes through professional installation of exterior remodeling products.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing replacement windows and exterior doors
- Installing vinyl and fiber cement siding
- Installing roofing systems and exterior components
- Installing soffit, fascia, trim, and finishing details
- Measuring and preparing materials
- Following manufacturer specifications and SIR quality standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
- Working alongside experienced remodeling professionals

Requirements
- Previous residential construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Experience with siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, or carpentry is highly valued
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
