The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an Office Manager for our three Kalispell, MT locations.

With over 19 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, Washington and California, the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!

In the position of Office Manager reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will be an essential role in ensuring smooth operations of our three dealership locations in Kalispell, MT. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, have strong administrative skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with various teams/departments. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and financial reporting.
Assist with monthly financial statements to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Supervise and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
Evaluate performance and provide feedback to the accounting team for continuous career development.
Develop new processes and maintain current processes to ensure efficiency within the accounting departments.
Assist in preparation of financial reports to the senior leadership team.
Monitor the financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations.
Liaise with external auditors.
Support department managers with financial insights to improve profitability and expense control measures.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree and/or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in an Office Manager role. Individuals with experience working in a dealership setting will be given preference.
Proficient using MS Suit such as; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and adjust attention to higher priority projects and/or deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
