Full Job Description

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our project managers and staff in the daily operations of our Flathead office and construction projects in Kalispell, Montana

This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient administrative functions while assisting with project coordination and project assistant duties in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing the front desk and incoming calls
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Coordinating meetings and appointments
Recording meeting minutes
Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Assisting with office supply procurement and inventory management
Supporting Project Managers with job start-up tasks, including:
- Setting up jobs in company software systems
- Assigning job numbers to projects
- Organizing project documents
- Assisting with additional project-related tasks as needed
Assisting with company events and employee activities
Supporting communication and organization across multiple departments

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous administrative or construction office experience preferred
