Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a role where your clinical expertise is valued and supported?

Logan Health, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for an experienced SLP to be part of their highly skilled team!

Our Pediatric therapy team is instrumental in supporting high quality, compassionate care to our most vulnerable patients.

About the role:
This full-time pediatric outpatient position specializes in feeding and swallowing dysfunctions. You’ll manage a diverse caseload in our outpatient clinic and also play a key role in our NICU Follow-Up Clinic, helping premature infants meet developmental milestones. Our team works closely with inpatient pediatrics, ensuring children and their families receive seamless, compassionate care.

What we’re looking for:

Current Montana Speech Language Pathologist license (or obtained upon hire date)
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience post-CFY (preferred) and able to work with ages birth and above
Expertise in pediatric feeding and Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire as applicable to assigned area(s).

What you'll do:

Create and deliver individualized therapy plans to help children thrive.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) for outpatient pediatrics.
Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress.
Provide clear, timely documentation that meets payer and state guidelines.
Contribute to team projects and initiatives that enhance rehab services.
