About the Role

Delta Strategic Services is launching a new venture, and we're looking for a sharp, driven person to help build it from the ground up. This is not a sit-at-a-desk-and-wait job. You'll work directly alongside ownership to stand up a new business — setting up systems, chasing down vendors, organizing the day-to-day, and doing whatever the early stage of a company demands. Part operator, part right hand.

If you're someone who likes ownership, figures things out without being handed a script, and wants to be in the room while something gets built, this is for you. We're looking for someone willing to take a risk for a real reward — once the business is up and running, this role shares in the profits as it grows.

What You'll Do

Help launch and organize a new business — systems, processes, logistics
Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups for ownership
Source and manage vendors, accounts, and outside services
Handle errands, research, and the practical work of getting things off the ground
Take tasks from "figure it out" to "done" with minimal hand-holding
Wear whatever hat the day requires in an early-stage environment

What We're Looking For

Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
Strong organizer who can juggle several moving pieces at once
Resourceful problem-solver — comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
Excellent communication and follow-through
Trustworthy and discreet (this role involves confidential business matters)
Reliable, valley-based, and able to work in person in Kalispell
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools

Why This Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be employee #200 doing a narrow task — you'll be early, close to ownership, and given real responsibility from the start.

We're looking for someone willing to bet on themselves. You'll earn a steady base from day one, and after an initial 6-month build period — once the business is up and running and generating profit — this role earns a share of the profits, stepping up after your first year. The upside is real, and so is the early-stage hustle it takes to get there. If you want a guaranteed, punch-the-clock job, this isn't it. If you want to put in the work to build something and share in what it earns, we want to talk to you.
