As we continue to expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team member to help drive our operations and insurance claims processes.

Position Summary

The Operations & Claims Support Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day business operations and insurance claims workflow at Anytime Roof Repair. This position bridges the gap between field operations, adjuster communication, and the insurance claims process. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and team members in a professional and diplomatic manner.

Key Responsibilities Insurance Claims Support

Assist in preparing, organizing, and submitting insurance claim documentation, including roof inspection reports, photo documentation, and damage assessments
Coordinate communication with insurance adjusters, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional correspondence
Help track claim statuses, deadlines, and required documentation across active projects
Operations & Administrative Support
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, estimates, permits, and project records

Customer Relations

Support reputation management efforts by encouraging satisfied customers to provide reviews and feedback
Promote Anytime Roof Repair at all times

General Business Support

Support the creation and formatting of professional business documents, reports, and correspondence
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the company grows

Required Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or coursework in business, construction management, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and diplomatic tone
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable learning and using industry-specific software (Xactimate, EagleView, HOVER, CRM tools)
Basic understanding of insurance claims processes (preferred but not required — training provided)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications – Not Required

Experience in roofing, construction, or general contracting industry
Familiarity with residential building codes (IRC 2015/2018)
Prior experience working with insurance adjusters or in claims support roles
Knowledge of supplement writing and Xactimate estimating
