In this role, you will develop relationships with key partners, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic initiatives in each of the respective areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies. The Kansas Region:

Our Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Herington, KS!
Key Partners are located in Herington, Salina, Junction City, Manhattan, Abilene, Wichita, Kansas City, Etc.

Compensation Details:

Pay: Starting at $60,000-$70,000 DOE + Impressive Bonuses
Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
Time Off: PTO
Role-Specific Benefits: Travel Reimbursement

The Role's Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within assigned regions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the admissions team, setting clear targets and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of census goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Client Engagement: Lead the development and presentation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

Proven track record of at least 3+ years in business development, sales leadership, or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve census targets and business objectives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
The ability to regularly drive to other various facilities and key partner locations.
