We’re looking for a passionate and skilled dual-licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist to join our growing team at Seven Senses Spa!
As our spa continues to grow, we’re looking for talented professionals who are passionate about wellness and providing exceptional care to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to provide both massage therapy and esthetic services, with scheduling based on spa needs and client demand.
Our Ilikai location is located inside the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites in Waikiki and offers a beautiful, welcoming environment where we provide both massage therapy and professional facial services. The location is conveniently situated near Ala Moana and Waikiki.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients improve their overall well-being and feel their best in their daily lives. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required.
Massage Therapy
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of massage techniques designed to help reduce pain, muscle tension, and stress, including:
- Deep Tissue
- Sports Massage
- Lomi Lomi
- Swedish
- Reflexology
- Shiatsu
- Medical Massage experience is preferred
Esthetics
We are also looking for strong esthetic knowledge, including familiarity with various skin conditions, professional skincare treatments, skincare products, waxing, and threading.
Estheticians will provide professional facial services using Skin Authority products and protocols. Training in Skin Authority products and facial protocols will be provided to ensure you are confident and prepared to deliver our facial services.
Experience with waxing and threading services is required, including the ability to perform these services safely, professionally, and with attention to client comfort.
Client Care
Excellent customer service is essential. The ability to make clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their treatment experience is an important part of this position. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with clients and encourage continued care and return visits.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of professional massage services
- Provide professional facial and esthetic services
- Provide waxing and threading services
- Conduct client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes
- Ensure client comfort throughout each treatment
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and spa protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
- Educate clients on appropriate services and skincare products
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in required training, including Skin Authority product and facial protocol training
- Work collaboratively with the Seven Senses Spa team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Massage Therapist license
- Current Hawaii Esthetician license
- Professional certification in Massage Therapy and Esthetics
- 2+ years of massage therapy and facial experience preferred
- Professional experience with waxing and threading is required
- Medical Massage experience preferred
- Knowledge of skincare products and common skin conditions
- Experience with a variety of massage techniques and facial services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client care
- Punctuality and reliability are required
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Service Pay
Massage Therapy:
$37.50–$45.00 per hour + gratuity
Esthetician Services:
- 30-Minute Express Facial – $20 + gratuity
- 50-Minute Facial – $35 + gratuity
- 60-Minute Full Face Waxing – $46.88 + gratuity
- 90-Minute Full Face Threading – $56.25 + gratuity
