Job Summary
The Houston Marriott Energy Corridor is seeking a driven and proactive Catering Sales Manager with a strong ability to uncover new business and generate catering demand. This role is ideal for a hunter—someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and pays attention to detail.

Hotel Sales Experience Required.

What You’ll Do

Develop new catering and banquet business through proactive outreach and relationship‑building
Strong communication, organization, and guest‑service skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage multiple events with grace and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Lead site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with professionalism and care.
Partner closely with catering, sales, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
Manage event details including BEOs, resumes, and billing follow‑up
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
