We're hiring a full-time Event Marketing Associate to support community fundraising campaigns for a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit throughout the Houston area. As an Event Marketing Associate, you'll work alongside experienced team members to represent our client at community events, promote charitable initiatives, and help expand awareness through professional, face-to-face interactions.

This Event Marketing Associate opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals interested in marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, or business development. Every Event Marketing Associate contributes to campaign success by helping our client connect with local communities, strengthen public awareness, and inspire long-term support for meaningful causes.

Responsibilities of the Event Marketing Associate

Represent our nonprofit client during community events and outreach campaigns throughout Houston.
Support fundraising and awareness initiatives by communicating the client's mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist with campaign preparation, event execution, and promotional activities designed to increase visibility for our client.
Build positive relationships with community members while serving as a knowledgeable representative of the client.
Collaborate with fellow Event Marketing Associate team members to execute campaign objectives and outreach strategies.
Help gather community feedback and event insights that support future marketing initiatives for the client.
Participate in ongoing Event Marketing Associate training focused on communications, fundraising, marketing, and nonprofit outreach.
Contribute to campaign growth by supporting event goals and representing the client with integrity throughout every interaction.

Qualifications of the Event Marketing Associate

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Interest in marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, public relations, or fundraising.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable interacting with community members in face-to-face settings.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, or event experience is helpful but not required.
Motivated to grow professionally as an Event Marketing Associate.
Excited to help a nonprofit client expand its reach throughout the Houston community.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,100.00 per week
