Overview:

Elite Counseling Services, PC, is a private practice in the greater Houston area, dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic services. If you are looking for additional income, a newly licensed LPC, or you desire a second job this part-time opportunity is great for you. Joining our team you will enjoy a flexible schedule and a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth. Here you will get to focus on client care, 20 hours or less per week, you create your own work schedule, with no administrative duties or extra fees. We are actively seeking Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who are empathetic and motivated. This a part-time contract position( 20 hours or less work week). The ideal candidate will conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy for clients aged 8-17, both remotely and/or in-person as needed by the site. If you're self-motivated, passionate about working with youth, and thrive in a supportive setting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop treatment plans

- Provide counseling services to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to developmental disabilities, substance abuse, and mental health disorders

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve their treatment goals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress

- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, when handling client information

- Clinicians pay rate is commensurate to license held and level of experience

- Clinicians pay range $35.00-$50.00 base hourly rate + group rate

- Clinicians are compensated using a hybrid model consisting of a base hourly rate and group participation incentive

- Performance pay raise is possible based on productivity and documentation quality

Qualifications:

- Must be a Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.

- Experience working with individuals with behavioral and mental health disorders

- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
