Location: Langdon Place of Keene – Keene, NH
Status: Full-Time

Langdon Place of Keene, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a supportive environment where your clinical expertise and leadership are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations on an assigned 25 bed unit.
Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and positive outcomes.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care.
