Are you passionate about automobiles and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team within a company under New Ownership!!!

McMinnville CDJR and Mazda is located in the heart of beautiful wine country McMinnville, Oregon. We are a professional, customer-centric automotive store. We sell and service new Ram, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Mazda. We believe in being social, driven and passionate about our craft. Position Highlights:

Collaborate with a skilled team of automotive professionals to provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
Utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address their vehicle maintenance needs.
Contribute in creating a positive culture under new ownership!

Primary Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.
Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times.
Oversee and participate in quality control.
Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Domestic Automotive Experience preferred
Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established procedures
