Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our commercial debt recovery services to businesses across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is confident, competitive, and skilled at identifying prospects, delivering compelling value propositions, and closing deals. This position offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to play a key role in driving company growth.

Duties

Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Identify decision-makers and present tailored solutions that address clients’ accounts receivable and cash flow challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to explain services, pricing, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client transition from sales to operations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts within CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial collections sales preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with business owners and executives.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Financial services, collections, or accounts receivable knowledge is a plus but not required.
