We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & RFP Administrator to support our business development and procurement teams.

What You'll Do

As the Contracts & RFP Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting contract management, procurement, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and contract databases
Track contract renewals, compliance requirements, and key deadlines
Review contracts and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders
Research and identify Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid opportunities
Monitor bid calendars and ensure timely proposal submissions
Coordinate Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) memberships, renewals, and compliance documentation
Prepare reports related to contracts, procurement activities, CRM data, and business development efforts
Maintain organized electronic contract files and documentation
Support vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Track contract performance and compliance metrics
Assist with process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, procurement, and leadership teams

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, business development, or a similar role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Experience with CRM platforms and contract management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GPO programs and procurement compliance
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management
Experience supporting executive leadership
Background in construction, restoration, healthcare, or commercial services
Experience improving administrative processes and operational efficiencies
