We’re looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor who can lead sophisticated financial planning conversations, manage complex client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
This is not a role where you’ll spend most of your day prospecting or handling administrative tasks. Our established support infrastructure handles lead generation, scheduling, onboarding, and client service so you can focus on clients, strategy, and growth.

As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to some of the firm's most important client relationships.
You’ll provide sophisticated financial planning, investment guidance, retirement strategies, and wealth management solutions while building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and exceptional service.
This position is ideal for an experienced advisor who is confident in front of clients, understands complex financial planning, and wants the infrastructure and opportunity to perform at a high level.

Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements for high-net-worth and complex clients.

Advise business owners, executives, families, and multi-generational households.

Develop strategies around retirement income, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer.

Design and manage diversified investment portfolios using firm-approved processes.

Advise clients on concentrated stock positions, equity compensation, trusts, charitable giving, and liquidity events.

Navigate complex financial situations, including business succession, inheritance, divorce, and major life transitions.

Use financial planning software, cash-flow modeling, and scenario analysis to develop recommendations.

Lead client meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Build relationships with CPAs, attorneys, estate planners, and other professional advisors.

Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and grow assets under management.

Generate additional business through referrals, relationship expansion, seminars, and client education.

Mentor and develop junior advisors through coaching and collaboration.

Stay current on regulatory requirements, tax developments, and advanced planning strategies.

Maintain the firm's standards for compliance, professionalism, and fiduciary responsibility.

This structure allows you to spend more of your day meeting with clients, providing advice, building relationships, and growing the business.
Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses
This position is designed for experienced advisors who want their compensation to reflect their production and impact.

$200,000+ is the expected minimum earning level for Senior Wealth Advisors.

Strong performers have the opportunity to exceed $250,000 annually.

5+ years of experience advising high-net-worth clients.

Active Series 65 license required.
-
Active Life & Health license required — 2-14 or 2-15.

Proven experience directly managing client relationships.

Experience managing or advising on $50M+ in assets under management.

Strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management.

Experience with tax-efficient wealth strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong professional presence and ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth clients.

High ethical standards and a fiduciary-first mindset.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader advisory team.

CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or similar advanced designation.

Spanish-speaking ability.

Experience working with executives, business owners, or multi-generational families.

Strong knowledge of modern financial planning technology and software.
RICP designation required within the first year of employment.
