We are a small Home Health Company that is expanding seeking home health nurses to provide bedside care to our growing census of bedside patients in the Kennewick area.

LPN Starting Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour.

RN Starting Pay: $50.00- $56.00 per hour.

Day Shifts: 8am - 8pm (Weds, Thursday, Friday)

Night Shifts: 8pm - 8am (Weds, Thursday, Friday)

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, including patient histories and progress notes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
