Location: Kennewick, WA

Wage: $19-$22

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for helping key personnel in office and learning document control.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer emails and direct phone calls to the appropriate people
Data entry
Order office supplies/jobsite materials
Execute/sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Invoice Coding
Purchasing
General office administrative duties
Additional tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional organization skills
Self-motivated and willing to face new challenges
Work diplomatically with Project Manager, QA/QC, Division Office, Field, and Client
Honest, thorough, accurate, with a close attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
