Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cooks to join our culinary team at the Riverbend Bar and Grill.

Riverbend Bar and Grill is part of a local group that includes Dino’s Pub, Fall City Bar & Grill and DaVine Whiskey & Wine Bar.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in culinary arts. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals that meet our vision for a great dining experience.

We are looking to hire for all shifts, early morning, day and evening.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor food quality during cooking and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
Participate in inventory management, and managing stock levels.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all kitchen staff.

Requirements

Active King County Health Card
Read, speak and communicate in English
Spanish speaking a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Availability for early morning, evenings and weekends in high need.
Proven experience in food preparation or culinary roles, preferably within a restaurant or catering setting.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with menu planning and dietary restrictions is a plus.
A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
