About the Position:

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales team who reach customers by phone or online, rather than traveling to meet them face-to-face.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
Trains inside sales staf
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
Assist Sales Director to implement inside sales incentive programs and goals.
Assist in running Sales Reporting utilizing ERP system/PowerBI
Work with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly marketing calendar to use for communications with customers.
Help pre-qualify cold calls.

Supervisory Skills
This position currently supervises [2] employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education
Associate's Degree and [5] years experience in Business or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
