Full Job Description

Bunker Hill Chill & Grill is looking for an individual with significant culinary experience to join our BOH management team.

Interested candidates MUST possess the following skills and attributes:

Exemplary leadership with an ability to motivate, and work with, a wide range of skill levels and personalities.
An ability to multi-task and manage the rush while delivering exemplary ticket times.
Superior attention to detail/plating and presentation.
Advanced food cost and inventory management experience.
Scheduling and labor cost oversight.
Event planning experience for special events, holidays, etc.
Superior catering skills and an ability to manage large scale meals as needed.
Experience in executing seasonal menus and LTOs.
Continued attention to the highest standards of sanitation detail.
Ongoing relevant knowledge of industry trends – both locally and nationally.
Advanced oversight of all daily/weekly prep work to ensure consistent completion.
Oversee storage and active rotation of all kitchen stock.
Experience in actively reducing waste in all areas of the kitchen.
Maintain timely inspections (PMI) and equipment standards as required by City and State governments.
Review menu pricing biannually with ownership and distributors.
Maintain internal POS reporting to identify trends within the restaurant and make adjustments as necessary.

Previous experience (minimum of 3 years) as a leader in a high volume kitchen is required. This is a working-chef position (not an office job). A premium must be placed on ticket times and food presentation. This job requires a positive, professional and experienced approach to leadership at all times. It is a great opportunity to master all aspects of a high-volume kitchen. We have a rock solid staff!

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
