Bridal Stylist — Miami

Maison Ciao | Miami, Florida
Long-Term Contract Position

Maison Ciao is seeking a polished, personable, and fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our Miami team on a long-term contract basis.

The Bridal Stylist will work directly with Maison Ciao brides throughout their private appointments, delivering an elevated and highly personalized styling experience from initial consultation through purchase.

This is a client-facing and sales-focused position for someone who understands luxury service, has a strong eye for bridal styling, and can confidently guide brides through one of the most important fashion decisions of their lives.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay + commission on sales.

This role is ideal for a stylist who is both client-experience focused and commercially driven, with the ability to develop genuine relationships with brides while consistently contributing to sales performance.

Responsibilities

Welcome and guide brides and their guests throughout private bridal appointments.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each bride's wedding vision, venue, personal style, sizing, budget, and gown preferences.
Recommend and style Maison Ciao gowns, veils, headpieces, and accessories based on each bride's individual aesthetic.
Assist brides in and out of gowns while ensuring garments are handled carefully and presented beautifully.
Properly clip and fit sample gowns to help brides visualize the intended silhouette and fit.
Provide knowledgeable and confident guidance on silhouettes, fabrics, construction, customization possibilities, sizing, and styling.
Create complete bridal looks through thoughtful gown, veil, headpiece, and accessory pairings.
Confidently guide the sales process from initial consultation through purchase, identifying buying signals and helping brides finalize their selections.
Follow up with prospective clients when necessary to support conversion and maintain strong client relationships.
Support individual and showroom sales goals while maintaining a warm, consultative, and non-pressured luxury experience.
Accurately record client preferences, measurements, selected styles, customization requests, orders, and appointment notes.
Maintain the presentation and organization of gowns, fitting rooms, accessories, and the overall showroom.
Prepare the showroom and fitting areas ahead of scheduled appointments.
Ensure gowns and accessories are properly returned, organized, and cared for following appointments.
Work closely with the Maison Ciao client experience, sales, and production teams to ensure accurate communication of client requests and order details.
Maintain an understanding of current Maison Ciao collections, product offerings, pricing, customization options, and production timelines.
Represent Maison Ciao with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and a strong understanding of luxury service at all times.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in bridal styling, luxury fashion, personal styling, or high-end retail sales is strongly preferred.
Bridal boutique or luxury appointment-based sales experience is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to build client relationships and convert appointments into sales.
Naturally warm, confident, polished, and comfortable working closely with clients.
Strong understanding of garment fit, proportions, silhouettes, and styling.
Commercially minded and motivated by both individual and company sales performance.
Able to listen, build trust, navigate client hesitation, and confidently guide purchasing decisions without creating a pressured environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through.
Comfortable handling delicate bridal gowns, couture pieces, veils, and accessories.
Strong personal presentation and a genuine appreciation for luxury fashion and bridal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with the wider Maison Ciao team.
Reliable and able to maintain consistent availability for scheduled bridal appointments.
Must be based in Miami or the surrounding South Florida area.
