Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech/Sales/Ops Manager and Leader for this hybrid position. As we continue to grow, there are gaps we need to fill in multiple areas. This role will be a Leadership position within one of our HVAC/R companies.

Duties

Assist General Manager with all operational duties including management of Technicians and Installation crews
Run a portion of Sales estimates calls
Run a portion of overflow Service calls
Assist with On Call for all other Technicians and General Manager
Support Ownership with Strategic thinking and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license with clean record
Must speak English natively
Must be able to commute to office daily
Highly experienced HVAC/R skills including in-depth knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, refrigeration, blueprints, etc.
Personable and likeable, Sales experience
Detail-oriented, solution-oriented
Management experience
Must be driven and motivated, putting in the extra effort to support our team, our customers, and to grow the overall organization
We have a middle-aged and team-centric culture, poor attitude and laziness will not be tolerated

There are bonus opportunities and a trajectory to more Leadership responsibilities and our growth and service areas continue to expand.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
