This is not a traditional administrative position.

You'll work directly with ownership and our leadership team to help strengthen operations, improve systems, support our team, and create an exceptional experience for both our employees and our customers. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a well-established company that is committed to continuous improvement and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the office and administrative team.
Support dispatch, customer service, accounting, and field operations.
Develop and improve office systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate communication between office staff, field personnel, and leadership.
Support hiring, onboarding, payroll administration, and human resources.
Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and administrative processes.
Partner with ownership to improve efficiency and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of office management, business operations, or leadership experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or similar business software is preferred.
Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home service industry is a plus.
