Full Job Description

Position Summary

Delta Mold is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to support our injection molding operations in our Charlotte, NC facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines, ensuring parts meet quality standards, performing basic machine adjustments, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality‑focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment. This position plays a key role in supporting our commitment to delivering high‑precision tooling and molded components to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
Operate and monitor molding machines during production.
Follow SOPs and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
Inspect parts for defects and perform dimensional checks.
Remove finished parts and place approved items in designated containers.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of containers.
Conduct and document required quality checks.
Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap.
