Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, with the ability to develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. Your expertise in Salesforce and technical sales will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

This is mainly a outside sales position and requires someone comfortable with approaching new perspective clients in the field from MLS Sales, or our prior customers who are selling their homes.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Engage in warm calling to establish relationships with potential clients and identify their needs.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Manage accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service to ensure client retention.
Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
