Are you an experienced commercial insurance producer looking for high commissions, top-tier carrier access, and the freedom to build your own book, your way?

Nolasko Insurance Advisors, PLLC, an independent agency based in The Woodlands, TX, is expanding. We’re looking for five driven, self-managed insurance producers who want to grow a profitable book of business with the support of a modern, resourceful team.

What We Offer:

Top commissions payout: 40%–60% of agency commissions on new business

E&S market access: Through select wholesalers for complex or hard-to-place risks
Back-office support: Certificate issuance, policy processing, and CRM provided

Freedom & flexibility: Work remotely, manage your schedule, focus on your niche
No production minimums in the early phase—just opportunity and upside

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and build a pipeline of commercial clients (contractors, real estate investors, small to mid-sized businesses), and clients with high value homes and autos
Submit and manage quotes through our agency’s carriers
Communicate coverage options clearly and confidently
Manage renewals and client relationships to retain accounts long-term

What You’ll Need:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Texas or other state)
At least 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance sales or service
Self-management and ability to manage your own leads and follow-up
Access to a laptop, phone, and internet (CRM, AMS and VoIP provided)

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in a niche market (contractors, retail, manufacturing, real estate, etc.)
Prior experience as an independent agent or 1099 producer
Working knowledge of common markets like Chubb, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Attune, Hiscox, Texas Mutual, etc.

Compensation:

Commission-only model with tiered commission structure
Bonuses for hitting new business milestones
Renewal commissions for continued servicing
