Position Summary:

Anthony’s is a family-owned group of restaurants with 26 locations across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. The Marketing Production Specialist supports the execution of Anthony's Restaurants' marketing initiatives, turning creative direction into finished, field-ready materials across the company's multi-concept portfolio. Core responsibilities include producing and maintaining in-restaurant signage (such as lobby signs, app cards, concierge certificates) and versioning ads originally built by the Head Designer, adapting sizing, copy, pricing, and concept-specific branding for different markets and channels while preserving design integrity. In addition, this role ensures each concept’s website stays accurate and up to date reflecting current events, hours, and promotions. In addition, the Specialist provides marketing support for seasonal events, retail products, and our annual Gift Card promotion, ensuring signage, collateral, and web content are updated and distributed on schedule.

This role also attends local events as needed. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position works closely with the design, social, and CRM team members to keep marketing materials accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time across the portfolio.

Principal Duties:

Signage & Design Production

Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) design, proof, and distribute restaurant sign and print material needs across all Anthony’s locations maintaining brand consistency and visual standards across all print and digital materials produced.
Coordinate with print vendors and sign shops to manage proofing, production schedules, and on-time delivery to all locations.
Version ads and creative assets designed by the Head Designer (resizing, updating copy and pricing, and adapting branding for different concepts) while preserving design integrity.

Brand Presence and Restaurant Support

Maintain accuracy of concept websites, including features, hours, and any application events.
Keep each location's Google Business Profile and Apple Maps listing up to date and accurate.
Support the success of the Gift Card promotion program through encouraging our restaurant teams to meet their goals, and tracking sales performance.
Ensure in-restaurant signage execution follows correct timing, placement, and aesthetic standards.
Support retail product success through the creation and execution of point-of-sale materials and content.
Assist Digital Marketing Manager as needed with social comment management.

Events and Partnerships

Manage partnership deliverables and asset production
Coordinate the successful execution of partnerships such as in-restaurant radio shows, in game activations, and other promotion tie-ins.
Track partner execution to ensure agreed-upon tactics are met.
Attend partnership activations as needed.
Support local events (like Fishermen’s Fall Festival, Cars & Cigars) that build community engagement and brand awareness by designing, producing, and distributing event signage, and tracking event performance and guest engagement.
Coordinate annual Dawg Boat activities, including securing an emcee, procuring raffle prizes, and promoting ticket sales.

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing organization focused on hospitality, food and beverage, or consumer goods.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite required. Familiarity with Canva or similar tools a plus.
Proficient in Office 365 tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across numerous locations and concepts simultaneously.
High attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between restaurant locations and events required.
Experience executing events a plus.
Experience with Smartsheet and Dropbox for file sharing preferred.

Hours and Days of Work

Schedule is primarily Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, however, some weekends and evenings are needed.
Primarily an office-based role in our Kirkland, WA home office, with occasional travel to our locations as needed for signage audits and events.
