Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who want to build their own book of business in the financial services industry.

As a Life Insurance Agent / Financial Strategist, you will educate individuals and families on financial protection and retirement strategies while building a client base of your own. This is an independent contractor role designed for individuals who want flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and the ability to grow a long-term business.

No prior experience is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

Educate individuals and families on financial protection and wealth strategies
Help clients implement solutions such as life insurance, annuities, and retirement plans
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community outreach
Conduct consultations in person or virtually
Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
Host or assist with educational workshops and financial seminars

Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain a State Life and Health Insurance License
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Coachable and willing to learn financial strategies and products

Experience in sales, finance, business, real estate, or customer service is helpful but not required.
