You must be punctual, reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a consistent weekly schedule.
Comfort with web-based applications and the ability to track multiple moving parts at once are essential. You'll be juggling real-time information about flights, guests, and drivers, so thinking clearly and being focused and fully present are non-negotiables.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in high-touch hospitality environments, such as hotel front desks, where professionalism, discretion, and customer service are foundational to success.
The Orlando Airport - VIP Greeter & Transportation Coordinator role is NOT suited for individuals who require close oversight, are easily overwhelmed in crowded, busy, or noisy spaces, or who struggle to adapt when plans change with little notice.
Job Description
As an on-site Orlando Airport - VIP Greeter & Transportation Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to greet First and Business Class passengers arriving on a specific international flight and coordinate a seamless handoff to their pre-assigned private chauffeurs.
This specific international flight is scheduled to arrive around 10:40am seven days per week. The actual arrival/gate time determines the start-time of your shift, which on any given day may be earlier or later depending on delays or early landings. Each shift lasts approximately 2 hours, we guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of pay per shift.
This is a very part-time position. We are looking for someone to work the Sunday shift as well as one weekday and to be open to cover other days for co-workers if needed.
Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting First and Business Class passengers in the international arrivals hall with warmth, professionalism, and a passion for service
- Using a web-based application to track and update passenger and chauffeur status in real time
- Coordinating a seamless connection between passenger and driver
- Resolving emergent issues with calm, clear, efficient decision-making
- Communicating clearly and professionally with guests, drivers, airline representatives, our office, and with others you may come in contact with on the job.
- Maintaining a composed, service-oriented presence in a fast-paced setting.
- Reporting back to our office the details of each shift.
This is a solo, self-directed role. You will not be supervised on-site, and you’ll be responsible for managing your time, tools, and responsibilities with consistency and attention to detail.
