Principle LTC is currently seeking an experienced, high energy, compassionate and results driven Interim Nurse Administrator (RN) to join our team. We are looking for an innovative leader who can provide full oversight of the clinical operations while pursuing the best resident quality of care. This position requires extensive travel throughout North Carolina and the qualified candidate must reside in North Carolina. JOB SUMMARY

The Interim Nurse Administrator (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Oversee all clinical operations of the facility
Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all nursing care.
Supervision of facility nursing staff
Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
Create positive resident outcomes.
Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid North Carolina RN license
Successful criminal background check
Subject to pre-employment drug testing
Long-term care facility experience
Excellent communication skills
