Manufactured Home Sales Professional

Location: Knippa, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-based with a draw against commissions available; complete compensation details discussed during the interview

About the Opportunity

5P Manufactured Homes is looking for a driven, career-minded Sales Consultant to join our team in Knippa, Texas.

This opportunity is for someone who enjoys working with people, follows up consistently, and is serious about creating a successful career in sales. We are not looking for someone who needs to be constantly pushed or reminded to work their leads. We want a self-starter who is hungry to learn, willing to hustle, and motivated by the opportunity to earn based on results.

Manufactured-home experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers.

What You’ll Do

Market yourself and actively generate your own leads and customer traffic
Build business through social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and personal marketing
Help customers find the right manufactured home and financing path for their needs
Respond quickly to new inquiries and consistently follow up with leads
Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Conduct home tours and explain available homes, programs, and purchase options
Gather customer information and assist with applications and required documents
Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
Continue following through after the initial sale to help create a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Someone serious about building a long-term career in sales
Someone willing and able to market, prospect, and create their own opportunities
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; conversational Spanish will also be considered
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
Coachable and willing to learn our products, programs, and sales process
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Able to take initiative instead of waiting for business to come to them
Professional appearance and communication
Reliable transportation
Available to work on-site in Knippa, including some Saturdays

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with a draw against commissions available to the selected candidate. The draw structure and complete compensation details will be discussed during the interview.

Your earning potential will be directly connected to your marketing efforts, consistency, follow-up, and sales results.
