Full Job Description

Aquaknox Marine is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and keeping the financial side of a business running smoothly.

This role requires working in our West Knoxville office at least two days per week, with additional flexibility depending on workload.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks
Process payroll and payroll tax filings
Pay vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
Follow up on accounts receivable
Manage equipment and business lease documentation
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation
Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting tasks as needed
Manage multiple online accounts, portals, and business logins

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is required
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience processing payroll and payroll taxes
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential financial information
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
