We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring information is entered and managed with precision.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting office operations by entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. Candidates should possess strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

While familiarity with legal terminology is beneficial, it is not required. This position offers the potential for future growth and advancement within our organization.

In addition to a competitive starting wage of $24.88 per hour, we offer:

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update high volumes of information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Review source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify and correct data discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Maintain organized electronic records and filing systems
Safeguard confidential business, customer, and financial information
Meet established standards for productivity, accuracy, and deadlines
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations

Required Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows
Accurate keyboarding and 10-key data entry skills
Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and shared drives
Ability to upload, download, rename, organize, and convert electronic files
Familiarity with email platforms, web browsers, PDF software, and collaboration tools
Ability to learn company-specific software and follow written procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or enterprise databases
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows
