About Heritage Painting

Serving homeowners throughout Central Indiana, we've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing the right thing for our customers and our team.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused Office Coordinator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and wants to grow with a company that values its people.

About the Role

The Office Coordinator is the operational hub of Heritage Painting. You'll help keep our office, production schedule, and customer experience organized by coordinating appointments, supporting project scheduling, communicating with customers, and working closely with our sales and production teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.

What You'll Do

Coordinate inbound calls, emails, and painting estimate appointments
Manage the production calendar and help schedule projects efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, colors, and timelines
Assign projects to crews and support production scheduling
Maintain accurate job information using Wallogy
Process invoices, accounts receivable, and customer payments
Manage customer satisfaction surveys (NPS)
Partner with the sales and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

Office administration, scheduling, or coordinator experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable learning and using technology, including Google Workspace and scheduling software
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Positive attitude and ability to work well with multiple teams
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Tipton, IN

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000–$50,000 annual salary, depending on experience
