About Us
Texas Triggers USA is a rapidly growing company in the firearms industry, specializing in advanced trigger systems and precision components. We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to take full ownership of our machining operations and play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality parts.

Position Overview
This is not a machine-tending role. The CNC Operator/Programmer is responsible for the full lifecycle of production: programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision firearm components. You'll work closely with our engineering and design team, translating new designs into production-ready parts, and you'll have real ownership over your machine and process rather than working off someone else's setup sheets. If you want a role where your machining knowledge actually shapes how parts get made, not just runs what's already programmed, this is that role.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) from start to finish
Work directly with the engineering and design team to develop tooling paths and production strategies for new and existing parts
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files, and translate them into CAM programs
Monitor machining processes to ensure precision and quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Maintain production efficiency while meeting tight deadlines
Keep a clean and organized work environment
Travel with the team to gun shows and industry events as needed
Participate in product demonstrations, testing, and content creation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, including programming and setup (not operation only)
Proven ability to program parts from blueprints or CAD files without relying on pre-built programs
Experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, etc.)
Background in manufacturing firearm components
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Ability to work independently, with minimal oversight, as the primary owner of our CNC operations
High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Additional Requirements

Comfortable working around firearms and firearm components
Comfortable being on camera for social media and promotional content
Willingness to travel frequently for gun shows and industry events
Comfortable handling and shooting firearms for testing and content
Carrying on the job is optional but encouraged
