The Role
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Boise/Eagle locations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are alike.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost controls.
Handle customer concerns professionally to protect and grow our reputation.
Partner with the corporate team on special events, initiatives, and continuous improvements.

What It Takes

2+ years of GM experience in a high-volume restaurant (fine dining or upscale preferred).
Strong leadership and coaching skills—energizing teams through high standards delivered with positivity.
Detail-driven, proactive, and ready to thrive in a busy, dynamic setting.
