The Scope

Perform basic welding tasks using limited processes (MIG, TIG, and Arc).

Assist in assembly and fitting of metal components.

Follow written and verbal instructions with supervision.

Support team members in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Seek guidance on inspection and quality standards.

The Key Qualifications

High Basic understanding of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and Arc).

Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills.

Attention to safety and willingness to improve skills through training.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
