JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Program Manager
Department: Clinical
FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY
The Program Manager oversees daily clinical operations, staff support, scheduling, and program coordination within assigned treatment programs. This role supports continuity of care, clinical programming, staff accountability, and communication across departments while maintaining compliance with organizational, licensing, and accreditation standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversees daily program operations and clinical workflow
Provides support, guidance, and accountability to clinical staff.
Assists will staff scheduling, coverage and workflow coordination.
Support implementation of group programming and treatment schedules.
Participates in treatment team meetings and clinical huddles.
Coordinates with Clinical, Nursing, Operations, and Support departments regarding client care needs.
Assists with onboarding and training of clinical staff.
Supports compliance with documentation, HIPAA, licensing, and accreditation standards.
Assists with incident follow-up, staff concerns, and operational issues as needed.
Maintains communication with leadership regarding program needs and concerns.
Follows organizational policies and procedures.
Performs additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees assigned clinical staff and workflow operations and assists with staff support, onboarding, training, and accountability.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as CRM platforms, specifically Sales Force.
