Full Job Description

Howerton Surgical Center has a RN Staff Nurse position available. We are seeking a full-time, experienced, RN Staff Nurse to work in pre, intra and post-op areas. The RN Staff Nurse must possess excellent communication, organization and leadership skills. The RN Staff Nurse must also be competent in making quick decisions, evaluating the quality of patient care, resolving conflicts and anticipating problems before they arise. RN Staff Nurse Qualifications:

RN License, current
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Leadership skills
Ability to multi task
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Outpatient surgery center experience preferred
Bilingual a plus

Job Responsibilities: * Direct patient care with patient during pre and post op

Treats patients and all families of patients w/ courtesy, respect, kindness and compassion.
Charting must be accurate, legible, dated, and timed.
Maintains and protects patient confidentiality.
Demonstrates professional and respectful behavior to patients and all staff
Complies w/ regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
