Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Intake Manager / Call Center Manager to lead and optimize a high-volume intake department. This individual will oversee intake specialists and support staff while developing processes that improve lead conversion, client experience, operational efficiency, and overall team performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing metrics, coaching employees, improving workflows, and creating accountability within an intake or call center operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of intake specialists and intake support personnel
Monitor daily intake performance and conversion metrics
Develop and implement intake procedures, workflows, and best practices
Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and consistency
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
Establish and track KPIs related to lead conversion, response times, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
Ensure all prospective clients receive exceptional service and communication
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership regarding case qualification and intake criteria
Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to established standards
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement
Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding efforts
Generate reports and present performance metrics to leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the intake department

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience in intake management, call center management, client services, or related operations
Proven success managing teams in a high-volume environment
Strong understanding of KPI management and performance metrics
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Experience coaching, developing, and motivating employees
Ability to create structure, accountability, and efficiency
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
Legal industry experience is highly preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
