Hiring Wage Range:
$29.38 - $44.09
Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.
PURPOSE:
Provide executive-level assistance to a member of Dairyland’s Leadership Team in a wide array of administrative and staff support functions, as well as provide support to other staff. Handle confidential issues daily.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Remain flexible, proactive and efficient. Exercise good judgement in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, while maintaining a balance between multiple priorities.
Manage Division Leaders’ extremely active calendar(s), Email and tasks as required.
Perform delegate duties for Leader(s), as directed.
Independently and proactively draft communications, reports and presentations for Division Leader(s) and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Associate degree plus five (5) years’ progressively responsible experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mathematical, analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn company-specific applications. Experience and proficiency in budget development and financial analysis or a demonstrated ability to learn. Highly organized and efficient at managing tasks. Ability to present in a positive, respectful and professional manner to internal and external customers. Must demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
