Job Overview

Reclutamiento

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, driving the full cycle recruiting process across various departments. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and employment law to attract top-tier candidates and build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us identify the best talent to support our organizational growth and success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge recruitment platforms and HRIS systems, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Duties

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse talent pools.
Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and market trends analysis to identify qualified candidates aligned with organizational needs.
Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Negotiate employment contracts, salary packages, and benefits with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback via client communication channels.
Oversee candidate sourcing efforts including campus recruitment, cold calling, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms like Lever, UltiPro, Kronos, HRIS systems such as SAP or Oracle HRMS.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to employment law standards and organizational policies related to employee relations, onboarding, employee orientation, and contracts.

Experience

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within healthcare or clinical staff recruitment preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing talent acquisition platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft for managing recruitment pipelines.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law as it relates to talent management and external recruiting practices.
Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on succession planning and training & development initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority including executive recruiting efforts.
Familiarity with HRIS systems like UltiPro or SAP HRMS for employee data management; proficiency in Salesforce or Paychex is a plus.
Ability to analyze market trends for talent acquisition strategies while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion objectives.
